Azure and Microsoft 365 Services Disclaimer

Services provided by IT Partner are designed to help our customers use Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Cloud platforms. While we strive to provide the highest level of service and support, please be aware of the following:

1. Service Availability: Microsoft Azure services may experience downtime or interruptions beyond our control. We are not responsible for any failures or losses resulting from such events. Microsoft ensures the availability of all services and is responsible for their operation.

2. Third-Party Services and applications: Our services may include the use of third-party tools, applications, or services. We do not assume responsibility for the performance, security, or reliability of these third-party services.

3. Data Security: We implement industry standard security measures to protect our data and accounts within our company to ensure that our customers are not compromised. However, by default, we are not responsible for the configuration and security of customer tenants.

Many security features require configuration or licenses that are included in special Microsoft 365 plans and are not active by default. They can also impact the user experience. We are happy to help our Client set up anything they need, but these actions must be approved and agreed upon by the Client.

Client is responsible for ensuring that the client's data is backed up and protected from unauthorized access, including mailbox data, SharePoint sites, OneDrive, and any other information locations, and that your users are secure and aware.

4. Compliance: Client is responsible for ensuring that use of the Azure services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, if necessary. We are not responsible for any compliance issues arising from the use of these services.

5. Virtual Machine Management: Management of the Azure virtual machine operating system (Windows, Linux, etc.), including but not limited to installing updates, configuring access, and other related tasks, is the responsibility of the Client. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the management or mismanagement of operating systems.

6. Changes to Services: Microsoft Azure services and our offerings may change over time. Microsoft will notify you about any changes.
